This is a wireless image barcode scanner that can read 1D / 2D bar codes. With upgraded decoding engine and one million pixels sensor, reading barcode is much more easier.
Laser scanner or imager scanner? How do you know which one is right for you?
Lasers scanner depend on the reflection of laser light to get a good scan.Due to the nature of laser light, only a thin (linear) slice of the barcode can be read at any one time.Laser scanenr can not scan barcodes on screens as screens do not reflect laser light properly.
Imaging scanner works by taking pictures and running sophisticated image processing algorithms on each image to decode barcodes. With CMOS sensor, 2D Imager scanner can read barcodes from nearly every surface type including computer or mobile device screens, and even scan through glass surfaces, plastic shrink wrap.
If your barcode is 2D barcode or you need to read barcodes off a screen, such as computer monitor, smartphone or tablet, a 2D imager is likely the way to go.
According to the nature of its camera focus and photographing, imaging scanner is not sensitive to read long 1D bar code. If you want to scan one-dimensional long barcodes (longer than 10 cm/ 4 inch), we suggest you purchase laser scanner. Generally, when reading 1D long barcodes, laser scanner can read barcode more easily than imaging scanner.

The transmission in barrier free environment can reach up to 100 meters / 328 feet.
The transmission distance in obstacles environment is less than 20 meters / 66 feet.
Actual wireless transmission distance will vary as a result of building materials, physical objects and obstacles. The more obstacles, the shorter the transmission distance.

3 Trigger Modes:
Key Trigger Mode: The scanner starts reading barcode after pressing the trigger. Red light is only on when press the trigger.
Continuous Scan Mode: No trigger is requred. The red light is in a long light state. When a bar code passes through, the bar code scanner automatically reads the bar code.
Auto-sensing mode: No trigger is requred. The scanner automatically starts reading once it detects the change of theenvironment before window.
2 Upload modes: (for wireless mode only)
Instant Upload Mode: Read barcodes & upload barcode straight to the file you have opened.
Storage Mode:All scanned barcode will be stored directly into the bulit-in memory of the scanner. You can upload the data to your device in batch when you need data.
Internal offline storage supports up to 10,000 barcodes.
2 Connection
Wireless Connection: Connect wirelessly with device via USB adapter.
Wireless Radio freqency offers user the freedom to roam while staying connected to scanner.
Wired Connection: connect scanner to your device via the USB cable.
In wired conection, user can scan barcode while charging.
2 Interface Modes
USB HID Mode: No driver and special software needed.Scan and barcode will type out in the cursor’s position of common software.
USB Virtual COM Port Mode： The scanner needs to work with driver and serial software. Expected final behavior is that even if you open up another universal software like notepad, the scanned information will show up in the window of serial software. This mode only works on Window 7/8/10/XP， not works on Mac OS.

Allow to add custom prefixes/ suffixes, delete characters .
Add keyboard keys/ combinations (terminator TAB, CR, Home etc.) to the scanning operation.

Long Lasting Battery
Using a 2000mAh rechargeable battery, the scanner has a 20 hours of continuous scanning.
It can work about two weeks in daily used after full charge. It takes 6 to 7 hours to full charge the scanner.
